Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will someone answer if I call the emergency line?

Our emergency line is answered live 24/7 by a real person—never voicemail. You’ll speak with someone immediately who will dispatch a technician to your location. Average wait time is under 30 seconds.

What information should I have ready when I call?

For the fastest response, have your property address, description of the sewage issue (where it’s backing up, how much water, etc.), and whether anyone has health conditions that require extra urgency. Don’t worry if you’re stressed—our operators will guide you through what we need to know.

Do you charge for estimates?

No, we provide free, no-obligation estimates for all sewer cleanup services. We’ll assess your situation, explain what needs to be done, and provide transparent pricing before any work begins.

Can I text you in an emergency?

Yes, texting (716) 437-2467 can sometimes be faster than calling. Include your address and “EMERGENCY” in your text, and we’ll call you immediately to dispatch help while getting additional details.

Do you offer appointments or only emergency response?

We offer both! While we’re always available for emergencies, we also schedule appointments during business hours for estimates, consultations, follow-up inspections, and preventive assessments. Call or use our contact form to schedule.

What if I need to reach you outside business hours for a non-emergency?

Our emergency line is available 24/7. If your situation isn’t urgent, you can leave a message and we’ll return your call first thing during business hours, or you can use our contact form which we check regularly.

Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?

Yes, we have bilingual staff available for both emergency response and general inquiries. When you call, simply request Spanish language service and we’ll connect you with a Spanish-speaking team member.

How do I get directions to your office?

Our Mid-Island location is easily accessible from major Staten Island roads. When you contact us, we can provide specific directions based on where you’re coming from. GPS coordinates and detailed directions are also available on our website.

Don’t wait if you’re experiencing a sewage emergency. Every minute counts when protecting your property and health. Our team is standing by 24/7 to provide immediate professional help.

For non-emergencies, we’re here to answer questions, provide free estimates, and offer expert guidance on sewer cleanup, prevention, and restoration.
