All Pro Sewer & Drain Services is a d/b/a of Radford Management, Inc., 472 Wild Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314. In this policy, “All Pro,” “we” and “us” mean Radford Management, Inc. doing business as All Pro Sewer & Drain Services.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and some information collected automatically when you use the site.

• Forms: when you request service or a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, street address or location, ZIP code, preferred contact method, and your description of the problem.
• Calls and texts: when you call or text us, we receive your phone number and anything you tell us or send us, including photos.
• Automatic information: our website host, content delivery network and security tools record your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of your visit. Some of this is stored in cookies (see Cookies and third-party services).

We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identification through this website.

How we use your information

We use your information to run our business and serve you. That means we use it to:

• respond to your request, schedule and dispatch a technician, and perform the work;
• contact you about your job by phone, text or email;
• send estimates and invoices and collect payment;
• help you document a loss for an insurance claim, when you ask us to;
• keep records the law requires;

• understand how people use the site so we can improve it.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and developer, email and phone providers, and payment processors. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
• Your insurance company or adjuster, when you ask us to help with a claim.
• Other businesses we operate under Radford Management, Inc., when your job needs their services, such as water damage restoration.

• A sale of the business: if All Pro or Radford Management, Inc. is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request or job, such as to confirm an appointment or tell you a technician is on the way. We do not send marketing texts unless you agree to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP or tell us when we call. We do not share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.

Keeping and protecting your information

How long we keep it: we keep job and customer records as long as we need them to serve you, honor any warranty, and meet tax, insurance and legal requirements. We delete or anonymize them after that.

Security: we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections to this website. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet will never be intercepted.

Children: this website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
